For the fourteenth consecutive year, IPM DUBAI was under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority & Chairman of Dubai Airports. The show was inaugurated by H.E. Buti Saeed Al Ghandi, Second Vice Chairman of the Board, Dubai World Trade Centre authority along with H.E. Thomas Kufen, the Lord Mayor of the city of Essen and organized with the support of Dubai Airports. The total outcome of the show was reflecting the huge progress of the trade of horticulture all over the Middle East and proved the position of IPM DUBAI as the prime trade fair for horticultural industry in the region as well as strengthen the Emirate of Dubai as an important destination and a worldwide trading center for this industry. Overall, 205 participating companies from 35 countries exhibited at IPM DUBAI and WOP DUBAI 2019 and presented a wide range of products and services. 13 official country pavilions from Bulgaria, China, France, Greece, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Moldova, Morocco, Poland, Rwanda, Taiwan and Ukraine have joined the shows this year. 5,102 traders and industry professionals from 72 different countries visited the exhibitions.
